You will need:
v60 Pour Over
32 grams coffee beans
450ml water (plus some extra to rinse the filter paper )
Filter paper
Pouring kettle
Grinder
Scales
Serving jug

Bring your water to the boil and let it cool down to 94 degrees
Step 2
Grind your coffee beans to a medium ground
Step 3
Place a filter paper in the v60 and rinse with hot water. Remove water once done or pour into a cup to warm it up

Set the v60 on top of your jug
Step 5
Add your freshly ground coffee to the filter and shake gently until the coffee grounds are level
Step 6
Make a small well in the centre of the coffee grounds using your paddle

Set the v60 and jug onto your scales, setting it to zero.
Step 8
Saturate the coffee grounds with 60ml water. Try to avoid touching the filter paper if possible
Step 9
Wait 40 seconds and start to pour in the remaining 390ml of water, taking care to pour slowly in a circular motion.
Stop pouring once your scales read 450ml, and serve
